Welcome Ben Taylor
We are pleased to announce a new addition to the SLEFI team! Ben Taylor came on board on December 11th, 2023 as Assistant Controller to help SLEFI meet its strategic initiatives and handle the day-to-day accounting at SLEFI and for our fund stakeholders.
Ben has over 20 years of experience managing the accounting for businesses of all sizes. Ben has previously worked at Ernst & Young (EY) as a tax accountant, working with private and publicly traded companies in tax compliance, tax auditing, and tax consulting. He also has experience working in start-ups and technology companies in finance and accounting leadership roles.
Ben is a licensed CPA and earned his Master of Accounting from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. Ben has also earned the Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP) from the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA) and the Certified in Cybersecurity (CC) from ISC2. Ben is a modern technology-proficient accountant.
As a St. Louis native, Ben is excited about the LIHTC industry and is looking forward to taking part in helping bring low-income housing to the St. Louis.
