Cleo Miller joined St. Louis Equity Fund in March 2020, as the Construction Manager. Cleo’s primary responsibilities are to manage owner/partner relations regarding all aspects of construction, including development design, general contractors, design professionals, community relations partners, consultants and direct activities associated with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities and systems. In addition, Cleo monitors the construction activities and process, and assists in the transition to ownership and enforcement of guaranties and warranties. He also inspects SLEFI’s existing portfolio for appropriate maintenance and marketable issues.

Cleo Miller has nearly 20 years of construction experience in all aspects of Construction Management in multifamily apartments, senior living communities, commercial & mixed-use businesses, government, sports facilities, medical, high-rise, residential and commercial projects. Prior to joining St Louis Equity Fund, Cleo served at Gardner Capital and US Bancorp’s CDC where he provided construction-related support, analyzing projects, construction budgets, construction schedules, and reporting on a portfolio of complex deal structures on LIHTC and CLD projects.

Cleo’s received a Bachelor Science degree in Interior Design & Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato and earned his MBA in Marketing from Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska.
