SLEFI Seeks Affordable Housing Portfolio Manager
The St. Louis Equity Fund is looking for an individual with excellent analytical skills to oversee the organization’s affordable housing real estate portfolio. The candidate must be attentive to detail, technologically proficient, and comfortable interacting with individuals and organizations having varying levels of financial sophistication. The candidate will be responsible for reporting on the financial performance of the investment portfolio including working with local, state and Federal housing regulations as required. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required; experience in affordable housing, rental property management and community lending experience a plus.
