SLEFI Announces Two Promotions
Adam Castagno has been promoted to Vice President – Asset Management. Adam has been with SLEFI since October 2015 and is responsible for monitoring the overall operating and financial performance of SLEFI’s real estate portfolio, as well as developments under construction. He works closely with SLEFI’s partners to ensure that the developments adhere to budgets, schedules, and local, state and Federal regulations. He also assists in underwriting and closing new projects, as well as property dispositions.
Cate Kennedy has been with SLEFI for six years and has been promoted to Asset Manager. Cate is responsible for collecting documents and data from SLEFI’s partners, reviewing each development’s quarterly financial performance and preparing the quarterly portfolio report for SLEFI’s Investors.
