SLEFI announces $125,000 in Grants and Donations to Nonprofit Partners in 2021
The St. Louis Equity Fund is excited to announce that over the course of 2021, $85,000 of donations went to its nonprofit partners and an additional $40,000 in December through Resident Services Grants to qualifying affordable housing communities, in which SLEFI has invested, for programs which will improve the health, education and/or overall quality of life for the residents. These donations were made possible from surplus cash flows from various projects received by the Funds in 2021. Each of these 501(c)(3) organizations play an active and important role in the affordable housing industry serving low-income households and special needs groups in the community. It is truly our pleasure to support our partners and the many social services they provide to the residents. With the right social services combined with quality affordable housing, our projects will be able to retain residents and be more successful. Keep up the great work you are doing!
