Windridge Estates II

Windridge Estates II consists of 32 apartment units in two (two-story) garden-style buildings to be built in Bonner Springs, Kansas (Wyandotte County). 16 of the units contain two-bedrooms and one bath with an approximate size of 1,048 square feet . The remaining 16 units have three-bedrooms and two-baths and an approximate size of 1,250 square feet. The development will be rent-restricted Low-Income Housing Tax Credit units and utilize income averaging, whereby tenants can earn anywhere from 20% to 80% of area median income, but on average 60% or less. One units will be exclusively set aside to provide temporary, transitional ocupancy for a homeless family, though following LIHTC guidelines. This devleopment is the second phase of Windridge Estates, which involved the new construction of 40 apartment units, in which SLEF 2014, SLEF 2015, SLEF 2016, and SLEF 2017 invested as limited partner.
