The property consists of 18 one-bedroom and 18 two-bedroom residential units. The residents of the new development will have full access to the amenities in the exisiting facility, including a computer room, library, and multipurpose room.  All of the units will be rent-restricted for elderly tenants with incomes at or below 60% of area median income.
