DeSales Preservation Development Closes

DeSales Preservation closed on February 28, 2017! This development will consist of 65 scattered-site units in 19 buildings located in South St. Louis City. There will be a mix of one, two, three and four-bedroom units, all of which will be rent-restricted LIHTC units available to households at or below 60% of area median income.

DeSales Community Housing Corporation is the Developer and General Partner of DeSales Preservation. The organization was formed in 1976 to foster development in the Fox Park and Tower Grove East neighborhoods. It began developing affordable housing in 1993 as a means of stabilizing and improving these neighborhoods. Fox Grove Management, an affiliate of DeSales, will serve as the Property Manager. This is the seventh partnership between St. Louis Equity Fund and DeSales – we are excited to be a part of the development team!
