Construction Complete at Holy Infant and St. Joseph Apartments
The Holy Infant and St. Joseph Apartments lie on the Cardinal Carberry Campus in Shrewsbury, Missouri. The renovations were completed in April, and included a greater number of one-bedroom units and general rehabilitation of the property. Cardinal Ritter Senior Services, the Developer/General Partner, was founded in 1965 to address the needs of the growing aging population, especially poor and frail seniors and Holy Infant and St. Joseph Apartments represents the first partnership between CRSS and the St. Louis Equity Fund. The rehabilitation completed at these developments would not have been possible without the full support of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Missouri Housing Development Commission.
