Cate Kennedy Elected President of Echelon St. Louis
We are pleased to announce that Cate Kennedy was elected President of Echelon St. Louis in February 2016. Echelon is the National Young Adult Auxiliary of The Salvation Army which seeks to engage the next generation. Echelon members enjoy networking and fundraising opportunities, volunteering at many Salvation Army events and planning their annual event, the Garbage Bag Gala. Cate has been involved with Echelon St. Louis since its inception and spearheaded the planning of the Garbage Bag Gala in 2015.
