We are looking for an individual with excellent analytical skills to serve as the organizationās real estate portfolio asset manager. This person will be responsible for reporting on the financial performance of the investment portfolio, including financial modeling. A Bachelorās degree in accounting or finance is required; CPA preferred; experience in affordable housing and/or property management a plus.
