SLEFI’s 35th Anniversary Event
On January 25th, our investors, partners, stakeholders, and friends joined SLEFI at 21c Museum Hotel in downtown St. Louis to celebrate three momentous occasions:
- SLEFI’s 35 Anniversary – over the course of its 35-year existence, SLEFI has raised over $500 million of equity investment that has built 5,158 affordable housing units for low-and moderate income families in the St. Louis and Kansas City MSAs.
- Celebrate John Kennedy’s retirement after 25 years of service to SLEFI and the affordable housing community.
- Formally launch SLEF XXXV – SLEFI’s low-income housing tax credit fund seeking to raise $37 million to further invest in three specified affordable housing projects here in St. Louis.
