The St. Louis Equity Fund’s Asset Management team’s primary responsibility is to protect its investors’ assets. In order to do this, the Asset Management staff closely monitors the financial performance, regulatory compliance, and physical condition of each development.
Quarterly reports are made to the Finance Committee regarding all aspects of each development’s performance in the operational stage. During lease-up, the Asset Management staff works closely with the General Partner and Property Manager to ensure timely leasing of all units to qualified households. In addition, St. Louis Equity Fund’s Construction Manager closely monitors the progress of construction and approves all stages of this process. Physical and file inspections are conducted biennially on all operational developments in the portfolio, or more often if warranted.
The Asset Management team at St. Louis Equity Fund provides ongoing training and procedural assistance to all partners in its developments in order to maintain a high quality portfolio for its investors.
