Elm Ridge Senior Apartments Closed!
The Elm Ridge Senior Apartments investment closed in early March. This is the first LIHTC project located in the City of Hazelwood. This project will consist of 50 units – 14 one-bedroom units and 36 two-bedroom units. Supportive services will be available to the residents, which include tax preparation assistance, computer classes, social events, transportation, CORP (County Older Residents Program), exercise classes and health screenings.
The Oakland Group, led by Kevin Buchek and Mike Duffy, along with BTWF-Urban Initiative Corporation are the developers of Elm Ridge Senior Apartments. We are excited to partner with them as well as the entire development team and look forward to this partnership!
