The unit mix is comprised of 45 one-bedroom units and eight two-bedroom units, all of which will be tax credit-financed and available for occupancy by residents aged 55 or older with incomes at or below 60% of the area median income. This development is part of an overall effort to stabilize the housing stock in Pine Lawn, one of the municipalities in the Vision 24:1 Community Building Initiative. This is the 18th partnership between St. Louis Equity Fund and Beyond Housing.
