The St. Patrick Center announced the grand opening of Rosati Apartments on October 14th with a ribbon cutting ceremony.  The event was well attended by state and local government officials, lenders, partners, and community leaders.  This is the first investment in which SLEFI has partnered with the St. Patrick Center and we are proud to support their hard work and mission.  Rosati Apartments consists of 26 affordable studio apartments for men and women who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.  In addition, there is a significant amount of program space that will allow St. Patrick Center to provide a comprehensive array of social services to the residents.


The St. Patrick Center is the largest provider of homeless services in Missouri.  They serve 9,000 people annually and run 22 programs for the homeless.  Rosati Apartments is part of the comprehensive innovative “Housing First” approach to ending chronic homelessness.  St. Patrick Center has created this model in efforts to serve the chronically homeless in Missouri as well as to create an example for other communities.
