 St. Louis Equity Fund strives to provide our development partners the necessary assistance throughout the development process. SLEFI provides both Financial and Technical Assistance to our partners. For more information on Financial Assistance, please see our Pre-development Loan Program section under Programs. For more information on Technical Assistance, please contact us. To begin the underwriting process, SLEFI requires certain forms to be submitted, which can be found on the right-hand side of this page. Other resources developers can take advantage of are also listed there. If submitting a development proposal for the first time, please submit the Initial Project Investment Proposal. The Closing Project Information Form is required at the time of partnership closing. |
