Colleen Hafner and Cate Kennedy Promoted
We are pleased to announce that Colleen Hafner was promoted to Vice President of Gateway CDFI and Cate Kennedy was promoted to Assistant Asset Manager of SLEFI.
In addition to Colleen’s responsibilities at SLEFI as Asset Manager – Compliance, Colleen has an active role in the everyday operations of Gateway CDFI. She assists with underwriting and servicing the first mortgage and predevelopment loan portfolio, and provides technical assistance to entities in the housing and community development fields.
In addition to Cate’s responsibilities as Office Administrator, she has assumed new tasks within the Asset Management department. She works closely with the Asset Management staff aiding in the collection, cataloging and review of each development’s quarterly financial performance.
