Abram Whitehead joined SLEFI in April of 2007. Abram's primary role is to protect the company's investment in affordable and historic preservation projects. Abram reviews the financial information submitted quarterly on the entire portfolio, prepares quarterly reports for executive staff and investors, and reviews evidence of current mortgages, reserve accounts, etc.Abram received his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Missouri - St. Louis and is working towards his CPA certification. Prior to joining SLEFI, Abram served as Property Accountant for Community Asset Management Company.
